Makes 2 cups of tea and keeps it hot for a long time. It has a nice large brew basket that is removable, brews wonderful tea and is easy to clean. I always take one with me when I travel so I never have to be without excellent tea. I am now giving them to all my tea drinking friends. And to the reviewer who picked up the teapot by it's lid and it "left tea everywhere" I would suggest using the rather prominent handle instead. ...more

Mug tapers up to 3 inches at about 2 inches from the bottom. Should fit most cup holders. Mug is 8 1/4 inches tall, but not too tippy. Lid is a bit of a disappointment. Just slips into mug and friction holds it in. I prefer a screw top. Lid opens via a slider that reveals a hole that coffee comes through. Also not a great design.
